The Lipotes Vexillifer is known as the "Smiling Goddess" because of its lively and lovely slightly upturned mouth. It is a rare freshwater mammal that has been on earth for 45 million years.

On August 8, 2007, a report was published in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B-Biological Sciences, officially declaring the lipotes vexillifer functionally extinct. The Lipotes Vexillifer sadly became the first known cetacean species to become extinct due to human activity!

The founder of TakeToday grew up with a particular love of wildlife, especially the lipotes vexillifer, known as the “Underwater Giant Panda”.

The original idea behind the creation of TakeToday was to bring the lipotes vexillifer back to the earth without using materials that would harm the environment. For this reason, the founder created our brand IP image of a small white dolphin based on the lipotes vexillifer, blending the pure colors of blue sky and white clouds to form the beautiful world that it used to be.

The little white dolphin always reminds us to remember the original intention, that is, to make the earth's environment better and to make the life of its inhabitants more comfortable and convenient. This is also the philosophy of  TakeToday!
