All products enjoy a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. Our 3 month warranty covers:

- Defective product (non-artificial damage)
- Damage or issues related to shipping
- Accessories (broken straws and replacement lids)
- water leakage
If you experience material or workmanship issues with your TakeToday product, please contact us at hello@taketodaylife.com and we will respond to your inquiry within 48 hours.
TakeToday's total liability for any loss or damage, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the TakeToday product. In no event will TakeToday be liable for indirect, incidental or special damages of any kind. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
