Refund policy
TakeToday products can be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase.
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. After 30 days, we will not issue refunds.
To return an item, follow these Four steps:
- Prepare original packaging items.
- Mail the item to our returns center using a trackable shipping service.
- PLEASE NOTE: Email your full name, tracking number, and order number (very important) to this email address: hello@taketodaylife.com. Returns cannot be processed without this information.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and will be automatically credited to your credit card or original form of payment, usually within 3-5 business days. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free of dirt, dust, or any fragrance, and in the same packaging and condition as when you received it.
For used products:
We do not offer returns except in EXTREME cases of breakage/malfunction.
Before returning any product to the TakeToday Online Store, customers must email hello@taketodaylife.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Otherwise, there will be no refund and the customer must pay the shipping to return the item, or sacrifice the item.
If your approved return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange or refund.
Please send us a notification after shipping, you need to provide the tracking number. Once we receive the item you sent and check that it is in good condition, we will exchange it or issue you a refund. This will be posted within 2 days.
